We loved hearing the history of the house and exploring all of its corners. We played many games of croquet on the lawn, games of pool and darts, spent time in the hot tub overlooking the horses, played soccer, had chess matches and enjoyed the many books to look at. She even had maps for walking or running or riding bikes and even had bikes to use. We cooked multiple meals there and had everything we needed, including so many options of dining tables, both inside and out. We are a family of 11, with three generations. It was perfect for all of us. We had places where we could all gather together and places where we could get off by ourselves for a while. Perfect for a large group. Terms & Conditions: Ryder Cup 2027 Accommodation Rental Property: Lisnabrin House (Lisnabrin Country House & Estate), Curraglass, Co. Cork, Ireland www.lisnabrinhouse.ie Event: Ryder Cup (13–19 September 2027) 1. Booking & Reservation Agreements 1.1 Contractual Agreement: This agreement is made between the Property Owner/Management of Lisnabrin House ("Owner") and the Lead Guest ("Guest") named in the booking confirmation. Upon receipt of the Initial Booking Deposit, these Terms & Conditions become a legally binding agreement. 1.2 Primary Guest Responsibility: The Lead Guest must be at least 25 years of age, will be an overnight occupant during the rental period, and assumes full financial responsibility for all members of the rental party and invited visitors. 1.3 Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 12 overnight guests across 6 luxury bedrooms/suites, as designated in the booking agreement. Exceeding this guest limit without prior written consent constitutes a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. 2. Payment Schedule & Deposit Terms Payment Due Date / TimingAmount / Terms 2.1 Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total booking fee is required to confirm and secure the reservation for the Ryder Cup dates. 2.2 Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due strictly 90 days prior to the arrival date. Failure to submit the balance payment by the specified due date will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the initial deposit. 2.3 Payment Methods: All payments must be made in Euros (€) via direct Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT / Bank Wire) or approved major Credit Cards. The guest is responsible for all associated bank transaction fees or transfer charges. 3. Cancellation & Modification Policy 3.1 Guest Cancellation: Greater than 90 days prior to arrival: The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable. Within 90 days of arrival: Any cancellations made within 90 days of the check-in date are 100% non-refundable. 3.2 Re-letting Allowance: If the guest cancels within 90 days of arrival, the Owner will make reasonable efforts to re-let the estate for the Ryder Cup period. If successfully re-let at full value, the Owner may refund the final balance paid, less a 10% administrative fee and the non-refundable initial deposit. 3.3 Force Majeure & Event Rescheduling: In the event that the 2027 Ryder Cup is officially rescheduled or postponed by official organisers (e.g., PGA/PGA European Tour), booking dates will automatically shift to align with the revised tournament schedule without financial penalty. If the event is cancelled entirely, owner liability is strictly limited to a refund of payments made to date, less unrecoverable third-party operational commitments. 4. Subletting, Resale & Private Event Use 4.1 No Resale or Unapproved Subletting: The booking is non-transferable. The property may not be re-sold, re-advertised, sublet, or transferred to third parties without prior express written permission from Lisnabrin House Management. 4.2 Property Usage: Lisnabrin House is rented for private residential and hospitality use. Commercial photography, filming, ticketed events, or large corporate entertainments exceeding the registered guest capacity are strictly prohibited unless explicit event licenses and catering contracts are pre-approved in writing. 5. Guest Responsibilities, Damage & Rules 5.1 Damage Liability: The Lead Guest is financially liable for any loss, broken items, structure damage, or specialist restoration work required above normal wear and tear resulting from actions by any member of their group or invited guests. 5.2 Smoking & Fire Safety: Smoking inside any indoor area of Lisnabrin House or outbuildings is strictly forbidden. Outdoor designated smoking areas must be used. Open log fires and outdoor firepits must be operated responsibly and as instructed by estate staff. 5.3 Hot Tub Use: Guests must observe hot tub safety guidelines provided on-site. Use of glass near or in the hot tub area is strictly prohibited. 6. Event Tickets & Logistics Disclaimer 6.1 Ryder Cup Tickets Excluded: Unless explicitly stated in a signed, bespoke package agreement, accommodation rental does not include match admission tickets to the Ryder Cup at Adare Manor. Match tickets or official hospitality access must be secured independently by the guest through official Ryder Cup channels. 6.2 Travel Logistics: Lisnabrin House accepts no liability for traffic delays, road closures, or official transport routing implemented by tournament authorities during event week. 7. Insurance & Governing Law 7.1 Limitation of Owner Liability: The Owner accepts no liability for personal injury, accidental loss, damage to vehicles/possessions, or unexpected utility service disruptions beyond reasonable control. 7.2 Governing Law: This agreement, its terms, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Courts within Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction. By issuing payment for the 50% non-refundable deposit, the Lead Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms, conditions, and payment schedules outlined above.

Croker Named after the Croker family who lived here for nearly 250 years, the Croker Suite has some of the most spectacular views in the entire house. It is a bright sunlit romantic room with luxurious super king fourposter bed and a stunningly beautiful ensuite complete with freestanding bath overlooking the fields. These fields are laid with a crop called Miscanthus, which we harvest each year, and use as fuel for heating and hot water throughout Lisnabrin House. Bar & Coach House The Coach House Bar and Events space is dedicated to everything fun, whether that’s spending time with family, entertaining guests, or just taking some ‘me-time’. There is something for everyone here. Coupled with it's direct access to the BBQ terrace with gas and coal burners and seating for sixteen guests, there is ample indoor and outdoor entertaining areas in this beautiful courtyard setting. The uniquely crafted bar is fully equipped ensuring you have all you need to keep the drinks flowing. With two beer taps , you can stock the bar with kegs of your choice and there is a wine fridge and a bottle fridge for beers and soft drinks. Pop yourself on a barstool or relax in an armchair by the ornate wood stove. An Ice Machine keep s you in cubes on the hottest day and the glass washer - makes sure you don't run out of glassware, cycling a wash in two minutes. This Coachhouse area is home to the the Bespoke Twelve Seat Oak Table, perfect for casual meals, ideal to gather around with a drink, perhaps pop the Shuffleboard on (you will be hooked) and later set up the Poker Set - all you need for a family night of entertainment. The Piano in the Bar area coupled with a Bodhrán and tin whistle means you can make your own entertainment - always great fun. Or if that fails, there is a super set of bluetooth speakers if you would prefer to leave it up to the professionals. The games room is always a hit with its full size Pool Table and Darts Board. Or perhaps you will all gather around the 60 inch TV for a movie night or a big match in front of the Log Burner. The mezzanine provides a sanctuary for book readers or chess players. A great spot to view all the activity below. Don't forget to bring your togs for a dip in the Hot Tub - star-gazing with a glass of bubbly is the perfect end to a busy day.
